MOEX delisting approval

Solidcore Resources plc (“Solidcore” or the “Company”) announces that it has received an approval from the Moscow Exchange (“MOEX”) to delist the Company’s shares (ticker: POLY, ISIN: JE00B6T5S470), effective on 15 October 2024.

Further to the announcement made on 25 June 2024, Solidcore confirms that the Moscow Exchange has approved delisting application submitted by the Company on 24 June 2024. Cancellation from admission to trading on MOEX will become effective on 15 October 2024.

For the avoidance of doubt, Solidcore confirms that this announcement does not affect the listing status of the Company’s shares on AIX, which is the Company’s primary listing venue.
