Disclosure Notice issued to Euroclear

Solidcore Resources plc (“Solidcore” or the “Company”) announces the issuance of a Disclosure Notice to Euroclear on 18 November 2025.

Pursuant to the Article 19 of the Articles of Association of the Company (the “Articles”) and the resolution of the Вoard of Directors of the Company, adopted on 17 November 2025, the Company has issued to Euroclear, as a holder of record of shares in the Company, a Disclosure Notice requesting Euroclear to identify all persons with interests in the Company’s shares held through Euroclear as of 17 November 2025 and details of such interests. The requested information must be submitted to the Company by Euroclear no later than 2 December 2025. If Euroclear fails to submit adequate and complete disclosure by the specified date, the Board will consider whether to implement a mandatory buyback in respect of all the Company’s shares held by Euroclear as further explained and described in the Circular published on 14 July 2025.

According to its Articles, the Company is only entitled to receive a response to the Disclosure Notice from Euroclear as the holder of record. Thus, any person having an interest in the Company’s shares that is subject to the Disclosure Notice should provide any disclosures only in response to, and through, the relevant custodian or intermediary, who in turn will liaise with Euroclear as the holder of record. Such disclosures should not be submitted to the Company directly.
