Notice of 2025 AGM

Solidcore Resources plc (“Solidcore” or the “Company”) announces its Annual General Meeting (“AGM”), which will be held on 20 May 2025 at 2:30 p.m. Astana time at Yesil Room, Sheraton Astana Hotel, 60/1 Syganak Street, Astana, Republic of Kazakhstan.

The following documents have been made available to shareholders:

• Notice of the Annual General Meeting (“Notice”);
• Form of Proxy;
• The Company’s Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2024; and
• Independent auditor’s report.

Further information

Shareholders should submit the Form of Proxy on or after the record date (8 May 2025), but no later than 2:30 p.m. on 16 May 2025 or 48 hours before the time appointed for holding any adjourned Annual General Meeting or (in the case of a poll not taken on the same day as the AGM or adjourned AGM) for the poll at which it is to be used. Registration of a proxy appointment will not prevent you from attending in person and voting at the AGM if you so wish.

Shareholders can submit the Voting Instructions and vote via:

• AIX CSD via Tabys application (individual investors only);
• AIX Registrar; or
• AIX Recognised Custodian upon their notification to Shareholders.

Individual investors holding interests in the Company via a corporate shareholder (such as an investor share platform or financial institution), should consult the relevant platform or financial institution to determine what processes are in place to allow the individual shareholders to exercise their voting rights.
