Board changes

Polymetal International plc (“Polymetal” or the “Company”) announces a new Chair of its Board of Directors.

Further to the disclosure made on 29 March 2024, the Company is pleased to announce, that Omar Bahram will serve as the Board Chair effective immediately. Evgueni Konovalenko will continue serving on the Board as the Senior Independent Non-Executive Director, being responsible for oversight and maintenance of the high corporate governance standards.

“We welcome the appointment of Mr Bahram as a Chair of the Board. Omar will bring strong leadership and knowledge of the region and enable the Company to fully leverage the strengths of its largest shareholder”, said Evgueni Konovalenko, Senior Independent Non-Executive Director.
